Role Overview:
Fantastic new role for a Product Owner.

Responsibilities;
•Design and prototype new, innovative and emotional gameplay to achieve industry-leading KPIs.
•Lead a dedicated team of engineers (and various other disciplines) through the scrum process to deliver projects and bring your gameplay designs to life.
•Communicate game vision and design approaches to key stakeholders (Internal and External) through presentations and documentation.
•Act as a product owner in Our client’s agile/prototype heavy development process, taking responsibility for a feature from design through to live implementation.
•Constantly drive product improvement through data analysis, game play balancing and economy tuning.
•Manage game feature and content release roadmaps and backlogs.
•Undertake competitor analysis, game breakdowns and ensure Our client is always learning and improving our ability to create games.

Experience:
•To be an experienced game designer with experience designing games for the core audiences (ideally the strategy and rpg genres)
•Expertise in free-to-play system design, including monetization, retention and engagement
•Deep understanding of game economics
•Extremely strong grasp of mobile game design, and how to make core games work on touch devices
•Experienced in leading game design projects
•Experienced in agile / scrum methodology and being a product owner
While not mandatory, below are some nice to have’s
•Experience in popular Asian based game system design including gacha mechanics, fusion systems and chance based crafting/loot systems
•Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including publishers
•Experience working with a license holder / IP
•Technical or programming background
