Role Overview:
We currently have an exciting new role for a developer of mobile games app for kids, with an internationally diverse team of designers, artists, programmers and marketers, the team members hail from the Netherlands, England, France, USA, Denmark, Poland and China.

Description:

Responsible for defining, developing and launching the absolute best quality games to a worldwide audience. You will make sure that kids (age 3 to 6) all over the globe get the best possible experience, You will report to the operational director and CEO.

Responsibilities:

-Leading the programmers, artists, animators, game designers and testers
-Optimizing game production by setting concrete goals and guidelines, and managing work-flow based on high level business targets
-Improve development efficiency by implementing effective project management operations, among other things
-Coordinate the engineering team to manage day-to-day development issues, and identify and drive creative solutions for any problems that arise
-Working with different departments, such as IT, Marketing, Legal and Finance
-Expanding the team headcount, running effective recruitment practices
-Continuously strive to improve the programming , artwork, animation and design quality of the games
-Maintain strict quality control on the final product
Requirements
-A passion for creating the best products, and a high quality and engaging user experience
-Experience owning and delivering successful consumer web production or game development
-An innovative, creative, and problem-solving mentality
-Relevant Bachelorís or Masterís degree
-Strong eye for detail in the quality of products (Artwork, animations, etc.)
-Intercultural competence, especially within both the Chinese and Western culture
