Digital Marketing Manager – London – to £40,000

Role Overview:
Successful and well established online game needs a digital marketing manager to open up the mobile world and truly exploit it’s potential.
In its role, he/she will be reporting to working closely with the person in charge of the Global Marketing Strategy and will be involved in the planning and execution of online digital strategy, media buying and social media to acquire new teen users.

Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for
• Growing the Community by running ROI positive campaigns
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding campaign plans
• Coordinate messaging, material & Strategy for new user acquisition
• Monitor, track, and optimize campaigns on a daily basis
• Manage and prioritize workflow for the execution of marketing campaigns
• Develop messaging and creative material for campaigns together with graphic artists.
• Reporting to media partners
• Conduct Market Research to inform the strategy process
• Managing marketing employees

Located in London. Works closely together with other European units to give input on new users perspective. She/he reports to VP of Campaigns & Monetization.

Main Responsibility Areas & Key Tasks

• Campaign Management

o Manage media buy relations, reports, track spending, and work with vendors to optimize campaigns on a regular basis.
o Work directly with internal team members to ensure deadlines are met (on-time and on-budget).
o Update the company intranets and internal reports with campaign results & recommendations for improvement.
o Track spending and ensure invoices are processed in timely manner

• Marketing Campaign

o Understanding the teen audience and their trends, you will be the creator of 360 degrees campaigns with new concepts, new platforms that will increase the reach and virality of Habbo among our teen audience.

• Creative Development Support
o Create Strategy & Messaging for new user acquisition
o Plan and coordinate graphics and production requests for creative assets/production support for partnerships.
o Analyze material performance based on conversion rate, session length, etc. and provide feedback and recommendations to the relative teams & partner

• Market Analysis Support
o Track teen trends & competitors and report on findings to internal team members.

Key Competencies (=skills, knowledge, abilities & behaviour)

Must have:

1. Energy, independence and has run own projects
2. Very good knowledge of teen audience
3. Digital media buy experience
4. Experience working in international markets
5. Native English Speaker
6. Track record of running ROI positive user acquisition campaigns
7. Proficiency with Google Adwords and Facebook Ads
8. Skilled in data analysis
9. Experience in SEO/SEM for user acquisition.

10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related area.
11. Five to seven years of ONLINE marketing experience
12. Working knowledge of online media buying metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.)
13. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
14. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
15. A deep critical thinker – and doer
16. Hard working, proactive self-starter
17. Extremely organized & highly analytical
18. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
19. Comfortable and clear thinking in a fast-paced environment
20. Avid user of multiple social networks
21. Experience building a popular YouTube Channel a Plus
22. Proficiency with online social/casual gaming a plus
