CRM Promotions Manager – Stockholm – Salary 44K EUR + Doe

Role Overview:
Our Client is looking for a CRM Promotions Manager for their Scheduled Campaigns (Email, Mobile Push, and Facebook App2User Notifications) to provide great quality experiences via marketing campaigns to our network of millions of players worldwide.

You will work closely with the CRM Contact Strategy team to deliver and optimize a world-class experience to players and fans. This will include driving installs of new games for existing players, reactivation of dormant players as well as looking at newer initiatives to help with the overall gaming experience.

You will specialize in direct communication to players with regards to game events, seasonal promotions, new features/content via key channels (Email, Mobile Push or Facebook App2User Notifications). As part of the CRM team you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your leadership and ideas will be every bit as valued as your marketing and channels expertise.

• Identify key events and design highly engaging and responsive campaigns
• Coordinate the creation of the campaigns (Graphics, Copy, Translation, Targeting) and optimize based on player response
• Work closely with the games, analytics, graphics and translation teams.
• Help our players discover new games, overcome challenges, interact with their friends and re-engage with us
• Work with the other marketing teams (paid marketing, PR, community) to deliver integrated marketing events to our players (i.e. game launches)

This position reports to the Head of Scheduled Campaigns.

Skills to create thrills
You have great passion for direct to consumer marketing. You’ll have an appreciation of what content works well with your customers (players) and how the quality of content and correct targeting can help increase user experience and loyalty. You are customer centric and think first through the eyes of the customers you are contacting.

Other skills include:

• Industry: You will have experience of working within a consumer internet business with a substantial customer base, and broad set of products or services.
• Functional: You will have CRM and retention expertise in at least two of our key channels (app2user, email and mobile push), with specific value given to mobile push experience.
• Highly numerate: You will be very comfortable evaluating and optimizing campaigns in a quantitatively robust manner. You will know how to leverage test and learn approaches to your campaigns
• Cultural: You will be smart, hard-working, low-ego and able to work in a fast based business environment.
• International experience: Our client has an extremely international exposure so candidates with strong international experience are desirable.
