Great opportunity for a Senior QA Team Leader to join one of the major developers in Spain. We offer an exciting chance to lead a QA team working on multi-platform titles based on original IP. Previous experience leading and managing a medium team is essential as well as being highly experienced in the games industry with a thorough understanding of testing methodologies. Areas of expertise should include (but not be limited to) video gaming testing, production and project management. We require a responsible and detail-oriented candidate with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, communication and relationship management skills.

REQUIREMENTS
• 3y+ experience in the games industry with at least 1 year in a seniority role with supervision responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience organizing and managing a team of QA Testers.
• Good understanding of game methodologies and best QA practices.
• Experience using agile methodology Scrum or similar.
• Experience problem solving and reporting bugs.
• Experience of running asset tests.
• Experience managing bug reporting systems.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to manage and mentor the junior testers.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Be able to deliver to deadlines to meet key milestones.
• Ability to do recruitment of new staff.
• Experience working closely with other Departments (Art, Design, etc) to develop a clear and fundamental understanding of the game requirements and goals.
• Experience in a video game development studio or publishing company
• Experience examining games for certification failures (TCR, TRC, Lot Check)
• Shipped at least 2 high-profile titles on multiple platforms
• Platforms Experience (at least two or more): PSP, PS3, NDS, Wii, Xbox 360, PC.
• Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Project, tracking tools, dev tools, etc.
• Proficient with English and Spanish.

DUTIES
• Lead a medium sized team of Testers across multiple disciplines.
• Lead the daily testing activities and report production on multiple projects and platforms.
• Allocate testers across projects.
• Monitor overall project Quality Assurance requirements.
• Maintain and optimize guidelines, QA processes and tools.
• Develop testing plans and procedures.
• Train other testers giving technical guidance.
• Implement QA metrics and testing solutions to the most challenging problems on project.
• Be the point of contact for external technical dealings including outsourcing.
• Deal with any other QA issues related to the project.
• Examine games for bugs, certification failures and performance issues.
• Organize, maintain and burn builds as necessary.
• Document, track and verify completion of miscellaneous project tasks.
• Performing and supervising Focus Groups on usability/playability.
• Compile status reports and write project final reports.
• Oversee certification processes.
• Men manage the resources in QA Department.
