Teams have three main mechanisms for solving schedule conflicts: adding more resources to help the schedule, moving the needed date in their schedule, or reducing the requirements. Responsibilities include: *In collaboration with the creative director: -Leads the development and validation of the content of the main deliverables (FPP, E3 demo, alpha, etc.) -Takes part in the development of the vision for games and has it approved by the Executive Producer, Studio Executives, and Editorial Group -Takes part in the development of the main features of games -In collaboration with the pipeline technical director, makes technological decisions affecting the game *Establish a project’s scope and milestones -Develops and proposes a project scope to the Executive producer -Establishes important dates for the achievement of milestones for the project as a whole and has them approved by the Executive producer -Shares the project plan with the team -Makes sure the team meets deadlines for deliverables -Studies analyses proposed by the coordinator and identifies risks -Proposes a viable and optimal recovery plan to obtain objectives -Ensures changes in scope and dates are approved by the senior producer *Establish the budget and ensure the project’s profitability -Establishes the operating budget for the project as a whole and has it approved by the senior producer -Monitors project expenditures on an ongoing basis -Proposes changes to the budget to the senior producer when required *Ensure the optimal organization of the team’s work -In collaboration with the associate producer and core team, establishes the work methods and processes to be implemented -Ensures that the core team’s roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. -Defines the optimal team structure for achieving objectives at each phase of production. *Selection and management of associate producers, creative director and core team -Takes part in decisions regarding hiring & promotions within the team -Responsible for the development of team members -Conducts performance evaluations on direct reports and performs salary reviews for team members -Completes the information needed prior to payment of bonuses and profit bonuses and proposes outstanding team and/or individual recognition Qualifications: -Experience shipping at least one AAA game as Producer. -Good understanding of various phases of game development. -Has lived through a complete production from start to finish, with a good understanding of the finagling and submission process. -Demonstrates a real passion for playing games, background in design a big plus. -Strong project management and organizational skills with previous management responsibilities. -Thorough knowledge of competitive products and companies. -The ability to develop strong working relationships with internal partners (central groups, QA etc.). -Strong presentation skills. -A good understanding of budget management. -A good understanding of legal and licensing requirements.

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER - SCOTLAND - SALARY DOE
The Executive Producer will lead the project and development team towards its business and creative goals, while being primarily responsible for developing the overall project strategy, direction, and future creative vision for the franchise. Responsibilities •Manage a large development team, including directly managing senior project managers, designers, and producers. •Develop and drive the long term creative and business strategy collaboration with senior and executive management and external partners. •Own and communicate the product vision both internally to the team and stakeholders, and externally to the press and external partners. •Oversee all project management and development planning efforts. •Collaborate across numerous functions (development, operations, marketing, publishing, and business development) and with its external partners to successfully deliver the online gaming experience to millions of consumers Qualifications Required •BSc, BA, or equivalent in a relevant subject.
