We build strong, long-term relationships with our candidates before introducing them to any role. We give support the whole way through the recruitment, from composing a resume to preparing for an interview, to helping with relocation to their new job. - Stage 1 - Ensure understanding of client's business and culture and role. The more we can understand your world the easier it will be to introduce someone to it. We then use our proprietary recruitment methods to conduct a search.
- Stage 2 – Candidate evaluation. This starts with receiving no more than 5 resumes for each role. Feedback is given for each application and the interview process commences.
